ZOOM相談は、40分以内とさせていただいております。
メール または、WeChatで、ご希望の日時をご記入の上、お申し込みください。
相談料のお支払いも、オンライン クレジットカード決済が可能です。
ご相談の場合は、相談日までにお支払いいただけますよう、お願いいたします。
また、申請手続きのお申し込みの場合、規定により、本人確認をさせていただきますのでご理解のほどお願いします。
本人確認の方法は、オンライン面談時に、在留カード（無い場合は、パスポート）を提示していただきますので、予めご準備ください。
Our office provides support for remote consultations and application submissions with administrative scriveners (Gyoseishoshi) online.
For Zoom consultations, we allocate a maximum of 40 minutes per session.
Please fill in your desired date and time and make your appointment via email or WeChat.
Online credit card payment is available for consultation fees.
If you are requesting a consultation, we kindly request that you make the payment before the consultation date.
Furthermore, for application procedures, we are required to verify your identity. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
To verify your identity, please be prepared to present your residence card (or passport if you do not have a residence card) during the online interview.
