In principle, the applicant must apply for a visa in person. Gyoseishoshi Lawyer, who is notified application agents of the Director General of the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau, apply on your behalf and you do not need to visit the Immigration Bureau.

We do not require a foreign language interpreter to speak to you on behalf of the Gyoseishoshi lawyer. The Gyoseishoshi himself, who has legal knowledge and is familiar with the situation abroad, will be available for consultation in Chinese or English.

- STEP 2 Request Consultation
- Consultation fee (60 min. for direct meeting; 40 min. for online meeting, 1st time)：11,000 Yen
We provide consultations for issuing Visa’s. We offer consultations face-to-face and online via Zoom, Skype etc. Yokoyama will meet directly with you and interview by himself.
Since we will guide you to apply by yourself, it is also welcome that you request only consultation. Please feel free to get in touch with us at your earliest convenience.
* We will keep your privacy confidential. - [Note] Please inform us of the number of people visiting when you come for a consultation. We are sorry, but due to the size of the meeting room, the maximum number of visitors is limited to two.
- STEP 3 Service Guidance
- Quotes our service and fee. If you want to ask us;
1) Contract between you and our office.
2) Payment from you.
You can pay by Cash, bank transfer, or Credit card.
- STEP 4 Starting
- Start preparation of application documents. All we need from you are TWO items below:
• Please provide your personal document.
• Please provide your contact information that we can reach you.
- STEP 5 Complete
- After complete, please pay the balance of reward.
FEE
As starting fee, please pay the half the reward in advance.
There is a 50% upfront charge (non-refundable deposit). If the application is unsuccessful the remaining charge does not have to be paid. If the application is successful, the remaining fee must be paid.
