インド，パキスタン及びネパールについては，２０２１年５月１０日から当分の間，これらの国からの帰国者及び入国者について，検疫所長の指定する場所（検疫所が確保する宿泊施設に限る。）において６日間の待機を求め，帰国後３日目及び６日目に検査を行い，いずれの検査においても陰性と判定された者については，検疫所が確保する宿泊施設を退所し，入国後１４日間の自宅待機等を求めることになります。
また，現在，外務省において，感染症危険情報レベル３の対象国・地域については，渡航中止勧告を発出しているところです。
From May 10, 2021 until further notice, Japanese nationals returning to Japan and foreign nationals entering Japan, having traveled from India, Pakistan or Nepal, will be required to wait at a place designated by the quarantine station chief (limited to accommodation facilities secured by the quarantine station) for 6 days, and will be required to undergo a
COVID-19 test on the 3rd and 6th days after return to Japan. Those who receive a negative result for both of the tests will be discharged from the accommodation facilities secured by the quarantine station, and will be required to remain in quarantine at home or some other designated place for the remaining 14 days after entering Japan.
In addition, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a recommendation for cancellation of travel to the countries / regions subject to infectious disease risk category level 3.
