The following statistics on foreign residents published by the Immigration Services Agency are the source of the data.

在留目的：本邦の大学等卒業後の就職活動 Purpose of stay: Job hunting after graduating from a Japanese university, etc.

在留目的：観光等を目的とする長期滞在者本人 Purpose of stay: Long-term stay for sightseeing, etc. (No.40)
