添付ファイル等の送信は、メールアドレス（info※lawoffice-yokoyama.com）までお送りください。メールアドレス中の「※」は、アットマーク（at mark; @）に変更して送信してください。
メールでのご返信は、土日祝休日を除き、原則48時間以内には返信しております。
当事務所からメール返信がない場合は、スパムメール（迷惑メール）フォルダに入っていないかをご確認ください。それでも届かない場合は、お手数ですが、SNSや電話でご連絡いただけますようお願いします。
サーバーの仕様により、一部の国のメールアドレスからの送信は、受信できない場合があります（@qq.com, @163.com等）。

To send attachments files, you can send them to our Email address (info*lawoffice-yokoyama.com). Please change the “*” in the Email address to at mark (@) before sending.
Generally we will reply to your Email within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you do not receive a reply from us, please check your spam (junk mail) folder to make sure it is not there. If you still do not receive our reply, please send us a message via SNS or call us.
In order to prevent spam, we may not be able to receive messages sent from email addresses such as @qq.com and @163.com.

When applying for a Japanese visa (status of residence), an interview in person is mandatory. 日本のビザ（在留資格）の申請の場合、本人による面談が必須となります。オーストラリアビザ、米国ビザは面談が必要ありません。
