【２０２３年１０月１日から郵便料金が変更となりますので、ご注意ください】

２０２３年１０月１日（日）から郵便料金が変更されます。

これに伴い、２０２３年１０月１日以降、入管局で、在留資格認定証明書（COE： Certificate of Eligibility）交付申請の際に提出いただく返信用封筒には、変更後の郵便料金（簡易書留）の切手を貼る必要があります。

簡易書留で在留資格認定証明書等を郵送する場合の料金

※定型郵便物２５ｇ以内

変更前：定形郵便料金８４円＋簡易書留料金３２０円＝４０４円

変更後：定形郵便料金８４円＋簡易書留料金３５０円＝４３４円

なお、オンライン申請（COE： Certificate of Eligibility）の場合は、費用がかかりません。

As a result, you will need to affix stamps of the new postage rates (simple registered mail) to the return envelope you submit when applying for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) at the Immigration Bureau from 1 October 2023 onwards.

*Regular postal items weighing 25g or less

Before change: Regular postage 84 yen + registered mail fee 320 yen = 404 yen.

After change: Regular postage 84 yen + registered mail fee 350 yen = 434 yen.

No fee is charged for online applications (COE: Certificate of Eligibility).

请注意，COE申请时提交给入管局窗口的信封上贴的邮票将于 2023 年 10 月 1 日起变更。

邮票费将于 2023 年 10 月 1 日（星期日）起变更。

因此，从2023年10月1日起，在入国管理局申请在留资格认定证明书时，需要在回邮信封上贴上新费用（简易书留挂号信）的邮票。

用挂号信（简易书留挂号信）邮寄在留资格认定证明书等的费用

*25g以下的普通邮件时，

变更前：普通邮票 84 日元＋简易书留挂号信邮票 320 日元＝404 日元。

变更后：普通邮票 84 日元 +简易书留挂号信邮票 350 日元 = 434 日元。

另外，在线申请（COE：在留资格认定证明书）不收取费用。
