As visa exemption program has been suspended for the time being, all foreign nationals who wish to newly enter Japan need to apply for a visa except for those with re-entry permit.

Meanwhile, those who fall under the Eligible Applicants below are able to apply for a short-term stay visa for the purpose of Business, Visiting Relatives and Tourism, on Japan eVISAOpen web site.

(Note) The certificate for completion of registration to the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS) which receiving organization located in Japan applied for online is required.

由於日本簽證豁免計劃已經暫停，所有要新進入日本的外國公民都需要申請簽證，除了擁有再入境許可（在留卡）的人。

To create an account, please go to the “Create New Account” link on the JAPAN eVISA login page. A valid email address is required to create an account.

At this time, the JAPAN eVISA system allows you to apply for a Temporary Visitor’s Visa (for a stay in Japan of up to 90 days). However, the period of stay varies depending on the country/region. In addition, there are cases in which a Temporary Visitor visa application cannot be made through the JAPAN eVISA System, so please check the top page of the eVISA System.

目前，JAPAN eVISA系統允許你申請”短期訪問”簽證（在日本停留不超過90天）。然而，逗留時間因國家/地區不同而不同。此外，有些情況下，短期訪問簽證的申請不能通過JAPAN eVISA系統進行，所以請查看eVISA系統的首頁。

所需文件

以下為簽證申請之必備文件，受理申請時，如有必要有可能追加要求其他文件。若希望委託他人代理申請，須加附明確記載委任他人辦理簽證申請的委任書。並且，若申請者為未成年者，需加附監護人的同意書(無制定格式)。

1 「商用・各種交流等目的」之短期停留（停留天數90天以內之無酬活動）

  1. 護照影本
  2. 照片（6個月內拍攝之2吋白底證件照）
  3. 入國者健康確認系統（ERFS）發給之受付濟証

※ 受付濟證係指由日方擔保責任者（企業、學校、團體等）於入國者健康確認系統（ERFS）進行線上申請，填入預定申請簽證人員之相關資訊、同意誓約書內容等手續後取得之文件。

2 「親屬訪問」之短期停留（熟人訪問並非可申請對象）

  1. 護照影本
  2. 照片（6個月內拍攝之2吋白底證件照）
  3. 招聘理由書（單次）（申請者為日本人/永住者/定住者之配偶或小孩則不需提出）及誓約事項
  4. 與在日親屬之關係證明（戶籍謄本等）

3 「觀光目的」之短期停留（僅限位於日本國內之旅行社等為擔保責任者）

  1. 護照影本
  2. 照片（6個月內拍攝之2吋白底證件照）
  3. 入國者健康確認系統（ERFS）發給之受付濟証

※ 受付濟證係指由日方擔保責任者（企業、學校、團體等）於入國者健康確認系統（ERFS）進行線上申請，填入預定申請簽證人員之相關資訊、同意誓約書內容等手續後取得之文件（關於申請手續請參閱此處（日語）（厚生勞働省網站））。
