事例１ CASE 1

【留学生が出席不良の場合】日本の大学に在学中の留学生のビザ更新の依頼を受けました。特別な事情により、学校の出席率が非常に低い状態でしたが、学校側とも連絡を取り、また通学できなかった特別な事情を、本国の書類を取り寄せたりして、丁寧に説明することで、許可されました。

[In the case of a foreign student with poor attendance]: Our firm was asked to renew the visa of a foreign student studying at a Japanese university. Due to special circumstances, the student’s attendance rate was very low, but after liaising with the school and carefully explaining the special circumstances that prevented the student from attending classes, including obtaining documents from the student’s home country, permission was granted.

[针对出勤率低下的外国留学生]：我们事务所曾为一名在日本大学就读的外国留学生续签签证。由于特殊情况，该学生的出勤率非常低，但通过与学校联系并仔细解释导致学生无法上课的特殊情况，包括从学生本国获取文件，我们获得了许可。

事例２ CASE 2

【緊急対応】ビザの更新を忘れていた留学生がオーバーステイを恐れて中国に帰国。その後、日本での通学を継続できるように、再度在留資格認定証明書（ＣＯＥ）の交付を行い、短期間で許可を取得。学校をそれほど休むことなく、復学することができました。中国にいるご本人と、日本の学校と、３者とやり取りしながらスムーズに申請を行いました。

[Emergency response]: An international student who had forgotten to renew their visa returned to China out of fear of overstaying. We were able to issue a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) again so that they could continue commuting to school in Japan, and they were able to obtain permission in a short period of time. They were able to return to school without missing too much time. We carried out the application smoothly while communicating with the person in China, the school in Japan, and the three parties.

[紧急应对]：一名留学生因忘记续签而担心逾期滞留，于是返回了中国。我们再次为其签发了《在留资格认定证明书》，使其能够继续在日本上学，并在短时间内获得了许可。他们得以重返校园，没有耽误太多时间。我们与中国、日本学校和三方进行了沟通，顺利地完成了申请。

事例３ CASE 3

【いったん帰国してからの再来日】第一志望の大学に合格して喜んでいたのもつかの間、現在通学の別の某学校を中退したことから、成績・出席証明書をもらえないというトラブルに。単純なビザ更新は、不許可になる恐れがあることから、一旦、本国に帰国し、在留資格認定証明書（ＣＯＥ）の交付を行い、再来日する方法をアドバイスし、無事に許可を取得。大学の入学式にも参加することができました。本人の理由書、行政書士からの意見書、それを証明する各種添付書類を準備しました。

[Returning to Japan after returning to your home country]: While she was happy to have been accepted into her first-choice university, she had trouble getting her academic records and attendance certificates because she had dropped out of another school she was attending at the time. As there was a risk that a simple visa renewal would be refused, we advised her to return to her home country, obtain a Certificate of Eligibility (COE), and then re-enter Japan, and she was successfully granted permission. She was also able to attend the university entrance ceremony. We prepared a letter of explanation from the student, an opinion letter from the Gyoseishoshi Lawyer, and various supporting documents to prove the case.

[回国后再次来到日本]：虽然她很高兴被第一志愿大学录取，但由于她当时从另一所学校退学，所以很难拿到学业记录和出勤证明。由于简单的签证续签可能会被拒签，我们建议她先回国，取得《在留资格认定证明书》，然后再重新进入日本，她最终获得了许可。她还得以参加大学入学典礼。我们准备了一封学生说明信、一封来自行政书士的意见书以及各种证明文件来证明她的情况。

事例４ CASE 4

【留学生の家族ビザ】日本で大学に通っている留学生の方の奥さんの「家族滞在」ビザを新規で申請しました。奥さんを扶養する留学生が、大学の本科生ではなく、科目履修生でした。そして、奥さんにもビザ取得に不利な事情があるケースでしたが、長期審査と、合計３回にも及ぶ追加書類を提出して、在留資格認定証明書（COE）が交付されました。ご夫婦で来日することができ、とても喜んでいらっしゃいます。

[Family Visa for International Students]: We applied for a new ‘Dependent’ visa for the wife of an international student attending university in Japan. The international student supporting his wife was not a full-time student at the university, but a course student (Kamoku-rishusei). And although there were circumstances that were disadvantageous to the wife’s visa acquisition, after a long examination and the submission of a total of three additional documents, a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) was issued. The couple were very happy to be able to come to Japan together.

[留学生的家族签证]：我们为一名在日本大学就读的外国留学生的妻子申请了新的“家族滞在（家属）”签证。这位留学生并非全日制学生，而是科目履修生。虽然有些情况不利于妻子获得签证，但经过漫长的审查和提交总共三份补充文件后，他们获得了在留资格认定证明书（COE）。这对夫妇非常高兴能够一起来到日本。

事例５ CASE 5

【留学生のCOE再申請】日本で日本語学校に通っていた留学生が、大学に入学したので、ビザ更新申請をしたところ、日本語学校の出席率不良のため、不許可となりました。一般的に、一度出席不足のために不許可になると、特別な理由がない限り、今後も同じように学校に行かないのでは？と疑われますので、再申請しても、許可への道は簡単ではありません。行政書士が、留学生本人、中国にいるご両親、学校、入国管理局の審査官の４者と、丁寧な協議を重ねて、どうすれば学校で勉強することができるのか、入学のスケジュールから、卒業に至るまでの計画を話し合って確定し、ビザが許可されました。

[COE re-application for international students]: An international student who had been attending a Japanese language school in Japan was denied a visa renewal when he applied to renew his visa after entering university, because his attendance record at the Japanese language school was poor. Generally speaking, once a visa has been denied due to poor attendance, unless there are special circumstances, it is assumed that the student will not attend school in the future, so even if you reapply, the road to permission is not easy. The Gyoseishoshi Lawyer held careful discussions with the student, the student’s parents in China, the school, and the immigration inspector, and discussed and confirmed a plan for how the student could study at school, from the enrolment schedule to graduation, and the visa was granted.

[留学生再申请在留许可]：一名在日本的日语学校就读的留学生在进入大学后申请续签时被拒签，原因是他在日语学校的出勤记录不佳。一般来说，一旦因出勤率不佳而被拒签，除非有特殊情况，否则就认为该学生今后也不会上学，所以即使再申请，获得许可的道路也并不容易。行政书士与该学生、其在中国国内的父母、学校以及入管局检查官进行了仔细的讨论，并讨论和确认了该学生如何在学校学习的计划，从入学时间表到毕业，最终获得了签证。

事例６ CASE 6

【日本に住んでいない方からの依頼】日本の某大学に入学を希望する外国人の方でしたが、日本に住んでいないことから、大学への入学願書の手続きがうまくいかず悩んでいた方からの依頼でした。大学との事前相談に始まって、入学願書提出、試験対策、合格発表の連絡、在留資格認定証明書(COE)の交付申請、入学手続きまですべて当事務所でトータルサポートし、無事に入学が許可されました。

[Request from a person not living in Japan]: This was a request from a foreign national who wanted to enrol at a certain university in Japan, but was having trouble with the application process because they were not living in Japan. We provided total support for everything from preliminary consultation with the university, to submission of the application form, exam preparation, notification of results, application for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE), and enrolment procedures, and the student was successfully admitted.

[非日本居民的申请]：是一名外国人的申请，他想要进入日本的一所大学就读，但由于不住在日本，在申请过程中遇到了困难。我们提供了全面的支持，从与大学的初步咨询到提交申请表、准备考试、通知结果、申请在留資格認定証明書（COE）和入学手续，这名学生最终被成功录取。

事例７ CASE 7

【本国で仕事している方】中国ですでに仕事をしている社会人の方から、日本の専門学校に入りたいとの依頼を受けました。日本在住の保証人の方を調整を行い、早めの申請を経て、在留資格認定証明書(COE)の交付を受けました。東京の専門学校ではなく、大阪の学校でしたが、当事務所は全国対応を行っています。

[For those working in their home country]: Our firm received a request from a working adult already working in China who wanted to enter a Japanese Senmon-Gakko (vocational) school. We arranged for a guarantor living in Japan, and after an early application, we received a Certificate of Eligibility (COE). It was a school in Osaka, not a school in Tokyo, but our firm handles cases nationwide.

[对于在本国工作的人]：我们事務所收到了一位在职成年人的请求，他已在中国工作，想进入日本的专门学校。我们安排了一位居住在日本的担保人，提前申请后，我们收到了在留資格認定証明書（COE）。这所学校在大阪，而不是东京，但我们公司处理全国范围内的案件。
