Our sevices
- Gyoseishoshi Lawyer will liaise with the visa section of the Australian Embassy in South Korea or Department of Home Affaires and apply on your behalf.
- The online application significantly reduces the time required to send the application by international mail (minimum of one week).
- Customers do not need to submit their original passport.
- Customers do not need to appear for interviews or fingerprinting.
- Gyoseishoshi Lawyer translates official Japanese documents such as family registers and certificates of residence into English.
- Customers who have difficulty in getting their visa approved or who have a history of visa refusals are given individual advice.
- We can also apply for an ETA tourist visa for a Japanese national accompanying a family member at the same time.
- We can apply for customers throughout Japan via e-mail and postal correspondence.
- We can also handle short-term study, school trips and homestays for children, which are not handled by travel agencies and study abroad agents.

- STEP2 From contract to preparation of documents.
- Gyoseishoshi lawyer will send the information by email or post. Customers are requested to respond to the following.
- Transfer of service fees (e.g. by bank transfer) (an invoice will be sent to you)
- Signing of the contract (contract will be sent to you).
- Prepare the necessary documents (we will send you a list of required documents)
- Fill in the questionnaire and power of attorney (forms will be sent to you).
- STEP3 Send us your documents
- When all items 2. to 4. are ready, please send them by post, addressed to our firm.
You can also visit our firm and bring the documents with you.
- STEP4 Embassy fee payment
- Gyoseishoshi Lawyer pays the fee by online.
- STEP5 Visa application to the Australian Embassy
- When all the application documents are ready, we will translate them and then apply to the Department of Home Affairs, Australia.
Please wait until we receive the result.
- STEP6 Notification of results
- After approximately two weeks, you will receive an email notification from the Embassy informing you of the results.
A PDF of the electronic visa will be sent to the customer by e-mail. - *Visa may not be granted and may be rejected.
